I'm using Camino as the default browser and I like it very much but on one occasion I had to use Safari instead. When loading the unofficial Ubuntu guide from http://ubuntuguide.org/ the CPU usage went up to 100% for more than 15 seconds. Scrolling down the page was very very slow with every step being interrupted by long waiting periods and the CPU usage again to 100%. Firefox had the same problem so it is probably more a Mozilla bug but it might be specific to the Mac OS X because Firefox on a Linux machine was working smoothly on the same page. If anyone knows of any simple solution to this problem, I would be happy to hear about it. Thank you,
