Hi,
in Safari, the first nine items in the bookmarks bar are
automatically assigned the keyboard shortcuts Cmd-[1-9]. In Camino,
at the time of writing, (1.0b1) these shortcuts seem to be unassigned
in Camino.
Back in March I asked on MozillaZine whether there were plans to
implement this feature (which I found very useful when I regularly
used Safari!):

I'm afraid I didn't follow this up by posting to the mailing list or
to Bugzilla. I was reminded of this missing feature by a question
just posted to Ask Metafilter (basically the same question as this
email, but for Firefox):

Is there a reason why these shortcuts shouldn't be used for the
bookmark bar in Camino?
