I've had  this happen occasionally. Last night it
happened whenever I clicked on a .pdf, and I ended up
switching to a different browser to get the .pdf. For
the record, I am still using Mac OS 10.3.9, Camino
1.0.1. I am downloading to the desktop, not using
Quicksilver.
