No no no. Multiple rows of tabs make an beautiful app instantly look
like every godawful Linux app ever made. I cringe every time I look
at these kinds of windows. See also: Um, Windows 95/98/2000/XP
dialogs. Shudder.
Go with smooth-scrolling tab bars before thinking about adding
multiple rows of tabs. That might work well with arrows at both sides
of the tab bar.
