How do I adjust auto-fill preferences? There is an icon on my
toolbar that says "Fill Form," but I can't figure out where I can
customize the information.

The error should be relatively near the end; you will probably be
able to find it by searching/scrolling back in your terminal. If
not, you'd have to build again and either set the terminal window
for unlimited scrollback or redirect the build output to a file.
