Went to get a trail version of Aperture from: www.apple.com/aperture/trial/
The essential "download trial version" button does not appear in Camino (103 release). It does in Safari. Thought it was the fruit doing it's best m$ style move. Read a post that it worked in Firefox (2.0b1), so I try it there. Works!
