I see that now ... however, let me briefly describe:
the "PIN Page" has a single, 4-Digit, field with no other fields visible.

The input field has 4 asterisks shown. They would 'seem', from trial and
error tests I just made, to be my regular site password's first four chars.

If I backspace and add the 4 correct PIN #'s, then I get the Camino Pop-Up :

"The User Name & Password you entered for this site differs from the
information stored in keychain"

[Keep Old Values] [Remember New Values]

we know the obvious happens if I select to "Remember new values"
evidenced when I return to try and log in to the site.

'Keep Old Values' actually does allow me to continue on.

Not sure how FireFox does it on the same site ... however when I look in
the FireFox internal password/stored manager, I see two entries for the
site I mention.

One has "<>" in the login name field and the correct 4 digit PIN for
Password column. While the other entry for the site contains the Login
ID as well as the login password.

Thanks for the help...
