It was when trying to drag a bookmark into a collection.
The problem seem to have again disappeared in Version 2007052902
(1.6a1pre) so all is well.

Now in Version 2007052504 (1.6a1pre) it's back.
Dragging a bookmark from it's line in the bookmark manager causes it
to fall back into position, even if you don't let the mouse button
off.
