> A good solution is: Delete Stuffit. [OT still] Yes, it is a wonderful idea and I had already done that, however, there is a newer proprietary Stuffit archve type being used now which does require Stuffit to be installed .sitx I believe.
And stuffit does steal every file type it can quite aggressively. Its not the only one that does that either, SubEthaEdit takes every scripting extension away from BBEdit not only after you install it, but each time you use it. It is no longer on my system.
