Can you provide the URL of a page in ARMSCII-8? Also, if you don't have View: Text Encoding: Automatically Detect Page Encoding on (checked), does turning it on make a difference? (Note that turning it on will cause other character detection bugs if you're using 1.5 or anything other than the trunk....)
