Visit http://cl10n.rwx.it and take a look at the tutorials,  
especially the AppleGlot one.
Also, you can either:
- download Camino 0.8.5, which was the last release with a Chinese  
translation
        http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/camino/releases/ 
Camino-0.8.5-MultiLang.dmg.gz
- download the application dictionary which can be imported in AppleGlot
        http://www.mozdev.org/source/browse/caminol10n/src/dictionnaries/glot/
Reading the tutorials will explain how to use these tools.
