Already has scrollable tabs (which I just discovered by accident last week when I used my mouse's scrollwheel over the tab bar. How long has this feature been present?), but drag and dropable tabs would be very handy. Shiira has had drag and dropable tabs for ages and I find it tough to live without in Camino.
