interested enough to send the CL

We merged it, so B2 support is available in Camlistore. But afair, we
only did the low-level config, so we'd need to add the high-level
config support for it to be really easy on users. I'll (or anyone else
interested, really) do it sometime next week and add the relevant doc
to the server-config doc page as well.

Or if you're really in a hurry, let me know, and I'll explain how to
do it with the low-level config.
