No, because: 1) I haven't used it recently for dev uses, but it does not mean I'm not using it anymore. for example, it's still the fastest option for me to upload items from my phone to my laptop. 2) Others are probably still using it from time to time. 3) it has special options, such as -makethings, or -mini, that we may not use often (e.g. for demos), but which are still only provided by devcam server.
