TODAY'S TIP

Category: Internet Explorer

Totally Remove a URL from History

"I have been using the PC Magazine utility AutoWhat? 2 for
some time to clean up my AutoComplete data in Internet Explorer.
But I can't figure out how to delete individual URLs (not
the entire history) from the Address Bar's drop-down box.
I've tried highlighting the URL I want to delete and pressing
the Delete key with no success. Is there a way I can use
AutoWhat? 2 (or some other process) to delete individual
URLs from the Address Bar without deleting all the URLs?"

8/18 More Than One Way to the Linux Desktop

FREE eSeminar! When most business people think of a Linux
desktop, they think of a traditional desktop like that of
Windows. But, it doesn't have to be that way. While some
companies are pursuing the traditional desktop, aka the fat
client, others believe that corporate America is ready to
give thin clients another try. The promise of a Linux-based
desktop that's not constantly under siege is one that companies
believe will find today's businesses very attractive.
