News: Users Give XP SP2 Mixed Marks

report on their experiences installing Microsoft's Windows XP Service
Pack 2, and while most say they have had no serious problems installing
the update, it hasn't all been smooth sailing, either. Early experiences

Opinion: Outsourcing Deals: Better the Second Time

Global Services are always talking about long term outsourcing deals,
they may not actually be that that good for either customers or outsourcers.
