Hi Guys! Just wanted to pop in and say Hi, and share this little tidbit with you. Recently I was unable to locate a complete pair of fitting shoes in my house for Connor, and it was late on a Sunday evening, so we went to WalMart and got a new pair. Well, his size didn't have any for BOYS! So we got a size 8 (too big) pair of Simba Lion King velcro shoes. NOW whenever it's time to go somewhere, Connor will find his Lion King shoes and put them on himself!! I just think this is so incredibly cute. Most of the time they're on the right feet, which is pure chance. Also, I have the kids trained to take their shoes off immediately upon entry into the house, and they put them in the front hall closet (to keep the puppy from dragging them around and losing them again.) I just think it's so cute that I can train them to do these little things!! I caught my 3 yr old clearing off her plate from the table and putting it in the dishwasher, and now Connor does that too.
