You can see it at http://SuccessNet.org/logo2004.htm We hired someone using Scriptlance (see below) and the winning bidder happened to be from Pakistan. It was a great experience. The designer sent us 30 comps and revisions, did everything as promised and did it quickly. All for a very reasonable fee. There are many people h�re in the states who are against outsourcing to other countries. Because the U.S. has lost jobs overseas, some think it's un-American to hire work done out of the country. I think this is short-sighted. We're in a global marketplace. And there is no stopping this trend. Protectionism has n�ver worked in the past and it works even less in this day and times. It may take awhile for things to find their own level. But western companies will be unable to remain competitive in the world market if they DON'T outsource. Trying to keep all the jobs at home may work to some degree in the short run. But our country will los� even more jobs in the long run. As third-world countries become more affluent, they will do more business with us. In my opinion, it's time to think AND act globally. For our little project, we sent a few U.S dollars overseas. In the process, we got some great work done and a y�ung Pakistani designer got a nice paycheck. We have n�ver spent much on design work, but this was a more positive experience than I've ever had with a design firm--anywhere.
