Here are some quick Q & A about your free subscription to STB : Sleep & Grow Rich: Q: How often will you be receiving email from me? A: The frequency of the emails is not exactly fixed. It is usually three times a week although sometimes I may publish 5 times in a week or maybe none at all. The reason for this is that the number of e-mails depends on exactly what new tips, strategies and product reviews I have to share. Q: How long is your email each time? A: It depends on the topic. Sometimes it may only be 3 or 4 sentences, or a couple of paragraphs. Other times it might be a 5 page letter or even a 25 page report. It various depending on how much I need to write to get the information across to you properly. Q: Are there any product recommendations? A: Yes, this is an important part of the newsletter. That's partly how it can remain free of charge and be self funded. But please remember that there is NO obligation to purchase anything at all. In fact if you remain on the list you will get a number of great products for free. And also remember that all recommendations are personally reviewed by me before they are endorsed. I will never endorse any products I haven't personally reviewed even if everyone else on the internet is saying that a particular product or service is great.
