With the deployment of a new financial accounting system for the IRS
running a year late, officials involved with the project now say it
will go live in October.

Patrick Angle, was charged with intentionally deleting the source code
for software he had been developing for Massachusetts-based Varian
Semiconductor Equipment Associates.
