HP Writes 'Good Worm'? 

No, it's not a worm, but HP's Active Countermeasures uses
wormlike techniques to find and secure vulnerable systems.
Although we shouldn't be afraid, it needs to be used
judiciously.

Still, even though it's not the threat some make it out to
be, it's going to take a whole lot of testing with detailed
record-keeping on other people's networks before I trust
this technology on mine.
