COMMENT: The Best Offshore Havens.
Dear A-Letter Reader:
It's the question I hear most often. Many who ask it seem to think my
answer is just a matter of mere geography.
The question: where is the best offshore haven?
Sometimes the questions are more detailed; what's the best tax haven;
the best asset protection haven; the best banking haven, the best
residential or retirement haven?
