Britt, I just read you question about Emma. You got a great in-depth answer! I liked what he said, and it made sense to me from the little I know :) Were you happy with it? You sound like your doing a fantastic job with her. My best friend is a peadiatric dietician and has good success with gluten free diets and agrees candida can be a big problem (but easily fixed). If you need any help with that, (although it sounds like you have it under control), I can ask her anything your interested in. (Her partner is a doctor so they are a great resource!)
