I am glad all went well with his checkup. Sorry I did not get back to people this weekend my computer is down. The magistrate took him to task for not having bothered to be tested at this point. His lawyer was more concerned about the tax credit and making sure he did not have to pay for the testing which in the county I went through neither of us pays. He was ordered to be tested this Thursday at 12:30. The magistrate wanted me to go but Child support was like she and the child were tested when the order was first put down so I don't need to go for that. The hardest part was seeing him after 3 years but I survived and I have a couple of bargaining tools for down the line. Child support is asking for retroactive to her birth, that would be a lot of money, so I figure if I could use that to get him to agree to supervised visitation until such a time that he is proven to be able to handle her without such supervision. Time will tell and unfortunately this is not over.
