Term of the Day: Martingale System
------------------------------------------------------------
A money management system of investing where the dollar values
of investments continually increase after losses, or the position
size increases with lowering portfolio size.

Investopedia Says:
------------------------------------------------------------
A very risky method of investing. The main idea behind the
Martingale system is that you statistically cannot lose all
the time and, thus, should increase the amount allocated in
investments, even if they are declining in value, in anticipation
of a future increase.

The common example used to describe the Martingale system is
betting in a casino. When a gambler using this method loses,
they double their bet. By continually doubling the bet when losing,
the gambler will eventually even out with a win... assuming an
unlimited supply of money to gamble with.
