Cook ground beef until done, add ricotta cheese and both sauces. Stir and heat until hot and bubbly. In a baking pan, layer noodles, sauce, and cheeses. Top off with the sauce. Cover and place in oven for 45 minutes, or until noodles are done. Add more cheese to top if desired. Serve with salad and garlic sticks.
