Hi Nelayan In order to set up a business that will enable you to make money while you sle.ep, you must have something to sell. I know that's REALLY obvious but it is an initial barrier that puts many people off right away. What can I sell? Sticking with information products - the best type for hands off income generation as I have mentioned before - there are basically 3 routes to take if you are going to sell a book or video or software product : 1.Write and produce it yourself - very hard work for the untrained and I include myself in that category. 2.Pay someone else to write it for you - this is now easier than ever. Watch out for a bulletin soon all about how to do this. 3.Buy resell rights to someone else's product - a great way to get started and here are the basics you need on it... Resell Rights, Reprint Rights or Product License Rights (they all mean roughly the same thing) present one of the most powerful and immediate business models available. You can literally be up and running with a new resell rights product on the internet in a matter of hours. Resell Rights Explained *********************** There are basically three kinds: 1. Licensing. This is usually the term when a product owner (author or publisher) allows other businesses to sell his or her products for the payment of a fee plus a royalty - a small proportion of the sale price of each unit of the product. 2. Resell Rights. This means that the owner or copyright holder has sold authorization rights to a buyer to reproduce his/her material without the need for any royalty payments. The beauty of this is that the buyer can then reproduce and sell as many copies of the manual, e-book or publication they now own the rights to as they wish with no further royalty payments due at all. The fee involved is typically larger than would be payable in a licensing deal but the difference is that when you own the resell rights to a product you can sell as many copies of it as you wish and keep 100% of the profits. 3. Master Resell Rights. This one means that the owner or copyright holder has sold authorization to a buyer of a product to not only sell the product itself but to also sell the re-sell/reproduction rights to THEIR customers. The fee involved is usually MUCH higher here than with Standard Resell Rights So Why own Resell and Master Resell Rights? Well they are instant products that you can start marketing right away. You don't need to spend months or even years researching and writing a product that might never be profitable. With resell rights you have a ready made business. And it gets better because in 90% of cases resell rights come proven marketing materials already written! This could be a sales letter or a web site or flyers or postcard copy - and sometimes all of these are included. Sounds too good to be true? Well it isn't if you own the rights to the right product. It is very easy to buy the rights to a poor product or an old product or one that has simply saturated the market. Again resell rights to information products are the easiest to sell and it doesn't just have to be books as it could be DVDs, videos, courses, e-books and so on. Choose the right products and you can earn money on autopilot - whether you're in bed or in the gym, it doesn't matter because your business is pulling in the money no matter where you are, or what you're doing! A web site can take orders and deliver the product for you and if you want to go mail order then you can get mailing houses and fulfilment houses to carry out the mailshots and the posting and packing of the products, Usually all you do is buy the mailing lists, tell the printer to go and then bank the money. And the best bit is that you DON'T Need Degree In Business or Management to succeed with a resell rights business. But what you do need is : The Right PRODUCTS... The Right MARKETING Systems...
