Citrus Punch Hello! Well, we went up to Bangor today for my stepson's appointment with the pediatric orthopaedic surgeon in regards to treatment for his severe scoliosis. He will be having a very risky operation in November, if all his pre-surgical testing goes OK. It will take 8+ hours for the surgery, plus blood transfusions.......it is risky to do the operation, as well as risky not to do it. And, it is better to do it now, rather than later, since his bones are more malleable at this age. The incision will be very long, all along his spine. Gosh, I will be there to support my husband thru this. Emma loves school, but it is wearing her out! And Kaysa continues to thrive! She will be 3 months old on the 26th. Jake is playing football, and Nick's arm is still healing.........never thought we'd have 2 kids needing the doc in Bangor! Hope you are all well. Hugs to all, Britt
