Ask them if we should worry now, and answers run the gamut. Some say these changes could occur a century from now. Natural atmospheric conditions play a stronger hand in hurricanes than any small increases in sea temperatures that could be linked to global warming, some say. STORMS DON�T SCARE BUYERS OUT OF AREA REAL ESTATE MARKET When Michael D. Langan decided to buy a house in Southwest Florida, the Naples area was at the top of his list. Langan, 67, found a real estate agent, looked around and finally bought a place in the Vineyards community in North Naples. SCHOOL DISTRICTS FIND HIRING FOR TOP JOB MORE DIFFICULT Finding a schools chief used to be easier. Wayne Blanton has helped Florida districts find superintendents for more than 25 years. A newspaper ad used to attract an average of 100 resumes, but in the last year when he�s conducted searches, each attracted some 35 candidates � not all qualified.
