You have to admit that there is something strangely ironic about a company with the name "Commerce" in it running out of funds, but never the less that is what has happened. InfoWorld reports that Commerce One's attempts to find additional investment for their company has failed. You have to be careful when trying to recreate yourself midstream it would appear....
