We have placed the consificated Fund in an account with one of our commercial Banks, awaiting for an offshore account where it will be moved to. What I want from you is a safe offshore account where we can effectively transfer this money to and conveniently reclaim it after wards. We shall make provisions for any inconveniences we may cause you. Honestly such situations have been occurring but I have never witnessed any and I have always dismissed them as scams until now that I have witnessed it myself. I cannot say much for now, but there's a Lebanese who is willing to use a Trusted Bank to help in the transfer of this Funds.
