Killing of teenagers self-defense 
The Pima County Attorney's Office will not prosecute a man who shot and killed two 
teenagers on the South Side last month. Francisco J. Meza, 20, was defending himself 
against victims Jesus Buelna, 16, and Juan R. Urquidez, 19, said Rick Unklesbay, a 
deputy county attorney. No one will be charged in the Sept. 24 killings.

August trade deficit at $54B 
WASHINGTON - The trade deficit jumped to the second-highest level in history as 
surging demand for foreign oil swamped a small gain in U.S. exports, the government 
reported Thursday.
