Robert, David;

Robert is correct. Putting your coins on this internet is as safe as your
bank putting your account, or the IRS, or Social Security, etc. storing your
data. The web will be secured by Verisign plus our own security devices and
software. While nothing in the world is unbreakable, we can make it
probably more trouble that it is worth to break.

Thanks Robert, you are correct in your comments.

Robert, by the way, is a real guru in variety coins - he is one of the
pioneers in the industry!

David
I understand what you are saying but I feel that you do not have to worry
about someone getting in to your computer. As I understand it the want list
is placed into an internet pool with your code on it. Anybody can reach the
pool but cannot go beyond that because they do not know where to go. The
only information a third party has is a list of coins wanted and a code
number that will tell you that someone has the coin on your want list. You
then have to except that and from there you and the other party will
exchange email to set up a deal. I believe the only safer machine is
disconnected from the internet. I know Jan however I do not work for him or
for NumisExpert and I have nothing to gain from this post except to see
happy collectors.
