Secondly, does anyone know how to apply into ASP coding that the input text at the textbox of web page can show upper case whatever the user type immediately?

If you don't want to use UCase then you will have to do it manualy.
Create a function such as below:
Function Convert2Ucase(strString As String) As String    Dim x As Integer    For x = 1 To Len(strString)        If Mid$(strString, x, 1) >= "a" And Mid$(strString, x, 1) <= "z" Then             Mid$(strString, x, 1) = Chr$(Asc(Mid$(strString, x, 1)) - 32)        End If    Next    Convert2Ucase = strStringEnd FunctionThen call the function something like this:
Text=Convert2Ucase(Text)
