When on shore power, it gives great cleaning suction and stores easily (on its side) under the center queen bed. AND, I noticed the other day that Lowes (Home Depot?) carries all the attachments & extra hose!! I think you'll like it. I know not everyone wants to devote the storage space, but it sure beats the Shark-type smaller vaccums.
