Thanks for the reply .

But my problem is more typical than it seems.

let me explai my Requirement.

i get fieldname & fieldvalues of a given segment dynamically .

now what they require is , Text for the field value : for eg if the field value is C8 then the text should be 'Payroll Area for INDIA ' if it is C5 then text should be 'Payroll area for US' .

hope u got my point.

if possible can u send me some logic to get text when i give the field name & text.
