disitu ada syarat-syarat dan apa yang diperlukan untuk bisa develop
brew. Yang harus sertified itu adalah app yang udah jadi.
Untuk develop brew, HP kita harus test-enabled. untuk itu harus di
"unlock". baca poin ke 15. Kalau aplikasi udah jadi, aplikasi itu
harus pass certification dari qualcomm agar bisa dikasih signature.
Seluruh Brew device akan bisa install app yang certified.

development environment and an ARM compiler (ARM has created the
RealViewT Compilation Tools for BREW, available to BREW developers for

TRUE BREWR compatibility testing for your applications. Some operators
require BREW applications to pass TRUE BREW testing before being made
available to wireless subscribers. Applications that pass this testing
will receive a digital signature from QUALCOMM. Handsets will use this
signature for authentication purposes before permitting an application
to be downloaded or run.
