NO!, that is ridiculous.  filling it completely, and you get a 15*F or subzero
freeze and you have a split open tank besides lines from the tank which are full
and split/broken.

no, just drain it, blow it out and then add about 2 gal with a strong odor of
chlorine in it to help fight black fungus and/or algae growth.  do this after
you have drained and blown out the system.  do the same with your grey water.
the chlorine will outgas and hopefully stop the growth of anything that will
create mold or spores, etc.  remember, but a couple of cups of antifreeze in
your p traps.
that will prevent mold spores into and out of your grey water tank and the drain
lines.

I would also pour a couple of cups on top of the terlet slide valve to help seal
that.  although, I would assume there is something that is on the market which
will help keep that seal lubricated and "alive".
