Technical Support Engineer ========================== Responsibilities ---------------- � Attending customer calls through the support Call Center � Responding to customer queries or issues over email � Provide real-time support for any customer issues � Install, test and validate customer configurations � Co-ordinate with teammates in the USA on a regular basis Minimum Qualifications ---------------------- � 3 years of work experience in software development, quality assurance/testing and/or support � Must be at a minimum a B.E/B.Tech, MCA and/or graduate majoring in computer science � Strong UNIX/Solaris skills � Exposure to telecommunications domains � Fair knowledge of SQL, RDMS and LDAP databases � Experience in software development and/or exposure to one or more application softswitch is a plus � Experience in one or more VoIP protocols like SIP, MGCP is a plus � Excellent communication skills � Strong analytical and problem solving skills About the Company ================= The market leader in IP Centrex solutions, has recently opened a software development center in Bangalore, India.
