How do you manage to pull of pair programming if it's not part of the
ethos of the place you're working? I'm really interested to know because
I really like working in a team, but I've spent the last four months
working on a project by myself and that seems to be the way that the
company I'm currently working at does thing (it's a very small webdev
company). I think my project, my skills and the skills of the other team
members could really benefit from us all working a little bit more
closely together, but I'm worried that my boss won't see the benefit if
I suggest it because we're constantly really, really busy. Got any ideas?
