To fix the 'variable VARIABLENAME might not have been initialized', initialize your variable. Such as set all primitive types to 0.
The 'possible loss of precision' should have just been a warning. It means that you're trying to store the value of a calculation involving a float or a double in an int-type variable that doesn't support significal digits to the right of the decimal point. It's warning you that you might lose those significant digits.
