As a member of the circuit you submit 50 stamps. You will receive a package with your stamps and a maximum of 5 other members of the circuit. Take out whatever stamps you need. replace 2 stamps for each 1 stamp that you take in a separate envelope.. for example, if you remove 1 stamp from amy singer's glassine envelope please replace with 2 stamps in amy's white envelope.. Please send the circuit to the next person on the list. Why a separate envelope? Cause once this circuit goes around 1x I don't wanna be looking at the same stamps over and over again.. at my age I forget what I had for lunch let alone whether I have seen this stamp 46x before... I will provide separate envelopes with your names on them these envelopes are labeled new.. When the circuit goes around a second time, you can remove your packet and replace with a new one.. When you receive the packet, please email everyone so we know you have it.
