Medfly bugs tomato trade 
With hurricane damage and other factors quadrupling the price of fresh tomatoes at 
packing plants, profits look ripe for the picking by Arizona's cross-border tomato 
businesses. But Mexican growers and international distributors are worried that they 
won't get enough product across the border to take advantage, due to extra inspection 
measures aimed at stopping the Mediterranean fruit fly.
