    The Nuasis NuContact Center is an IP-based, multimedia customer contact management system that handles customer inquiries via the phone, e-mail, fax and Web. The NuContact Center is a single, distributed system that replaces multiple legacy ACD systems by intelligently routing and queuing customer contacts across geographically dispersed call centers.

    The system's Enterprise Routing Architecture allows multiple contact centers to be managed as a single center while still performing all the familiar functions of an ACD system, including contact routing, queuing, real-time statistics, reporting and system management. It provides best-agent routing across the entire network of centers, as well as consolidated reports from all centers and on all media types.

    As a totally IP-based solution, the NuContact Center delivers high system reliability and leverages investments in the enterprise network. It also offers a low cost of deployment and quick payback by reducing labor, hardware and network costs. It can scale from a single site up to multiple locations with hundreds of agents.
