A U.S. District bankruptcy judge in Fort Myers has taken control of Collier

investigating his finances recommended the move, calling the bankruptcy a
charade. Federal Judge Alexander L. Paskay approved the appointment of an
as-yet-to-be named trustee, who will oversee Hardys accounts in the Chapter 11
bankruptcy case.

One of this continents most endangered wading birds is showing up in droves

Gus Navarro wants so badly to be Palmetto Ridge High Schools girls basketball

WASHINGTON TODAY: PRESIDENTS FOUR MORE YEARS CAN BE A MINEFIELD
An upbeat President Bush set forth an aggressive agenda for the next four
years, but he also must deal with the realities his predecessors faced second
terms tend to be disappointments, often marred by scandals, infighting and
lackluster performances. In his second term, Bill Clinton suffered through
impeachment by the House and trial in the Senate after his affair with intern

SCRABBLE CLUB OFFERS OUTLET FOR THOSE WHO LOVE PLAYING WITH THE ALPHABET
Swear words are legal to use, really. They wont get a player kicked out of the
game or even a rap on the wrist. Of course, yelling the word at the top of
ones lungs wouldnt be very sportsmanlike. But placing the tiles of
four-letter words onto a Scrabble board is a move any player can make. It might
result in a few giggles or raised eyebrows, but the points are legit. Theres
no challenging it. So there.
