And again, most people just can't pick up and move to
a new country every four years!
As for XP, XP could be whatever you wanted it to be.
That includes Unions adopting the standards of XP and
including getting PAID in the XP equation.
If I remember correctly XP even says working 40 hours
is something to shoot for. That sounds like a Union to
me!
