Thanks, Jerome. It's a good idea to watch tell tales. I've started 
to pull battens out of my main after noticing the weird sail's shape 
near the top. I think I'm going to put telltales around there ...

Now, after you mentioned a different story about the jib, I'm really 
intrigued about it ...
