I've read various versions of the material in this book as Mary Lynn
and Linda were working on it. (though I haven't -- yet -- seen the
final book. The material is well written, and well thought out. You'll
find it useful if you are trying to introduce new ideas (which I
suspect is something anyone trying to start an XP-like project will
have to!)
