I'll second that. I had only a brief exposure to it on a proof of concept, maybe 1995. Even though I'd read about OO and done some Turbo Pascal 5.0 objects I found it so different from anything I'd ever done, felt like I had to learn to do everything backwards. It was fantastic. I'd jump at the chance to do it again. But learn it with an expert or you'll just be frustrated at trying to do what you've always done and not having much luck.
