"The Lord protects the strangers; He supports the fatherless..."

YOU CAN HELP PROVIDE HOPE FOR RUSSIAN ORPHANS THIS CHRISTMAS!
-------------------------------------------------------------

It 's a sad fact, but for most orphan children in the former Soviet
Union, Christmas is no different than any other day. Because some
parents have died or are too poor to take care of them, these children
find themselves housed in run-down state-operated orphanages, lonely and
forgotten. But you can change that!

That is why Slavic Gospel Association (SGA) has created the Christmas
for Orphans outreach. We are partnering with believers like you this
Christmas to send the love of Jesus to orphans in Russia and other
former Soviet countries. It is our desire to reach at least 10,000
orphans living at 50 different orphanages across the former Soviet
Union.

With your help, the real message of Christmas will become a reality
these neglected children can embrace. Imagine hearing for the first time
about a Father who loves you and will never leave!

Participation is so easy! For only $16, you can provide a Russian orphan
with a wrapped Christmas gift of their very own, Russian-language
Christian literature, and warm clothing items.

In the lands of Russia, Christmas is celebrated from December 25th
through January 15th. We need to receive your gift by December 6th to
have everything ready in time for the Christmas season.

These gifts will be purchased overseas and distributed by local
evangelical churches across the former Soviet Union as part of their
Christmas celebration. They are typically the only gifts these children
receive, and they open doors for ongoing discipleship.

So not only will the children have the joy of an unexpected present,
they will also have the opportunity to meet the Christ of Christmas!
Isn't that the real reason we celebrate this time of year?

We need your help to reach as many orphan children as possible.
Remember, each $16 you provide can change the life of a child for
eterninty. Simply visit our web site using the link below to let us know
how many orphans you would like to help. While you are on the site, you
can also get more information about SGA and read the wonderful
testimonies from last year's outreach.

Thank you in advance for making Christmas for Orphans part of your
holiday giving.
